Could you send Hagrid to help us find Hogwarts Express. I might need help finding Platform 9 3/4. Hagrid is my favorite, after you, because he loves every body, even animals.

Just a little spell to make our Mayor say,
"Hey! I want a big, clean dog park with a swimming pool on every block!!!! And every year, we will build a glass house over the pool so all dogs can swim all year."
Could you put a spell on the dog park so it's always poop free and never, ever smells like pee?
